We want you to feel good about what you take from Labyrinth House. If a course isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no hard feelings.
You may request a full refund for any course purchased on Labyrinth House within fourteen (14) days of the original order date, for any reason, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course content.
Courses on Labyrinth House are sold by independent guides, who are the seller of record for their own courses. Refunds are issued by the guide directly through Stripe. To request one, contact the guide on the course page you purchased from. If you can't reach them, or you need help finding the right person, email Labyrinth House at support@labyrnthhouse.com and we'll help connect you. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement. Stripe's standard processing fees on the original charge are non-refundable.
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact the guide or Labyrinth House support — we can almost always resolve the issue faster directly. Filing a chargeback before contacting support may result in your account access being suspended pending resolution.
